It's made of valuable metals - gold, silver, platinum, copper, and other metals that are not found on the earth. It's certainly worth a king's ransom based on the metals within it.
What is it? It's a time-space calibration device that was once used by a race of ascended beings to travel through time and space.
When the device is placed in a special control panel within a living fourth dimensional craft, it allows the user to dial certain points in time and space.
When used in conjunction with the crown device, it does essentially the same thing but requires the user to become the control interface. This means the user must be very careful or they could end up somewhere they do not wish to be.
On one side you see the symbol of a triangle with a series of circles within it that looks something like an eye. On the other side you see another circle that represents a map of the earth before the continents separated. Around the outside are what you might refer to as alien symbols for numbers. On the side that has the map, around the outside where the numbers are located, are three sets of symbols that represent constellations. These constellations are anchor points in time and space for the device.
